Insurance Plans
We accept nearly all major insurance plans, including those offered through CSULB, LBUSD, LBFD, LBPD, and we support ILWU Local 13. We offer credit card and payment plans. Please give us a call so we can answer your insurance and payment questions.
Our staff is available to answer your questions and get you all the information you need. We have extended hours to meet your schedule.

If you do not see the condition listed that you need help with please call the office to speak to a staff member who can assist you. In most cases one of our specialists can assist you. If it is something we do not treat we may be able to give you a referral to another facility.
